Format: 5-round Swiss System Time Control: G/90 + 30 sec increment
Four Sections: Premier (USCF 2000+), U2000 (USCF 1400-1999), U1400 (USCF U800-1399), U800 (USCF Unrated-799)
Players rated USCF 1900-1999 may play up in the Premier section for an additional $25.
Players rated USCF 1300-1399 may play up into the U2000 section for an additional $15.
Players rated USCF 700-799 may play up into the U1400 section for an additional $15.
- USCF regular ratings apply for all sections. Top two sections are also FIDE rated.
- USCF membership required (may be purchased or renewed at registration or on site)
- December 2023 US Chess ratings will be used for section eligibility, pairings, and prize eligibility.
Other ratings may be used if higher. The decision of the Chief Tournament Director regarding
eligibility, rating adjustments, conversions, unofficial ratings, or other rating issues is final. - A maximum of two half-point byes are available. Half-point byes must be requested no later
than 30 minutes before the round starts. Round 4 and Round 5 half-point byes must be requested
before the start of Round 3 and may not be canceled after Round 3 starts. - Boards, sets, AND clocks will be provided for tournament play.

Premier Section (USCF & FIDE Rated): $900/$450/$225, Top U2200: $100
U2000 Section (USCF & FIDE Rated): $600/$300/$150, Top U1600: $75
U1400 Section (USCF Rated): $240/$120/$80, Top U1000: $60
U800 Section (USCF Rated): Trophies for Top 3 & Top U500
Entry Fees: Free entry for GM, WGM, IM, WIM, FM, & WFM ($90 deducted from prizes).
Premier Section: $90 through Nov 24, $100 through Dec 7, $125 on site.
U2000 Section: $75 through Nov 24, $85 through Dec 7, $110 on site.
U1400 Section: $60 through Nov 24, $70 through Dec 7, $95 on site.
U800 Section: $45 through Nov 24, $55 through Dec 7, $80 on site.

-Players registering after this time may be given a half-point bye for Round 1.
